Me Norbert N. MUNANA is a Senior Lawyer, Founder and Managing Partner of M-ADVOCATES&PARTNERS, and senior member of Rwanda Bar Association(RBA), and East African Law Society.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in law and master’sdegree in International Business and Economic Law from Kigali Independent University (ULK) and a Diploma in Legal Practice from Institute of Legal Practice and Development (ILPD).
