Cyiza Consoleé is a senior lawyer, a partner at M-Advocates & Partners, a senior member of Rwanda Bar Association (RBA), and East African Law Society.Consoleé holds Bachelor’ degree in Law from Independent University of Kigali (ULK), LLM (Master’s degree) in Project Management from University of Kabale (Uganda) and a holder of Diploma in Legal Practice from Institute of Legal Practice and Development(LPD).
She has practiced law for quite over 10 years and as an advocate since 2008. She has deep expertise in:

- Employment law
- Insurance
- Corporate Law.
She has involved in several significant tort cases, litigation (civil, commercial etc.).
Her expertise covers:
- Property damages (commercial, motor vehicle)
- Commercial property liability
- Theft claims
- Workers compensation claims

She has done overseas consultant services to many overseas companies like The Children Ark Project (UK), Dao Trust(Kenya).
She has a specific expertise in handling complex work injury damages claims involving multiple parties and the overlap of different legislative regimes.
Cyiza Consoleé has represented many different companies and she is currently representing Tropical Aluminium & Glass Industries, Circuit Power Ltd, and ADMA INTERNATIONAL LTD and many more. She is also a board member of Brookstead Christian Academy and Organic Farms Ltd.
She undertook training in advocating for the rights of vulnerable persons (Women and children). She has been a trainer on different topics of law like human rights and been involved in different forums.
Consoleé has a good command of English, Swahili, French, and Kinyarwanda.
